-

Development of a large New Plymouth industrial site earmarked for a retail shopping and entertainment complex remained on track despite no sign of construction activity. The former Ravensdown fertiliser plant at Waiwhakaiho was bought in 2017 by Papamoa developer, Blue Haven Commercial. New Plymouth District Council customer and regulatory solutions manager Katrina Brunton said council staff were working through the land use consent application lodged in January with Blue Haven and affected parties for the 7.4ha site.
