Mobility scooter rolls in Stratford
One person was taken to hospital after rolling a mobility scooter in Stratford. A police spokesperson said they were called to the intersection of Juliet St and Regan St, State Highway 43, at 11.30am on Saturday. Emergency services were responding to reports of a car rolling but found it was a mobility scooter, he said. St John Ambulance treated a patient for moderate injuries before transporting the patient to Taranaki Base Hospital.
