The newest realty player in the region is Red Bricks Real Estate and Rentals — a husband and wife led team of motivated and experienced experts who proudly call the Waikato their home.

Red Bricks’ back-story is one of passionate individuals Rupert and Stevie Bain, inspired by working with others, forming genuine friendships and constantly pushing themselves to do better: to aspire to be more, to offer the best, and to be the best.

They say it is this strong commitment to personal excellence and to helping others achieve their goals that is an integral thread that runs throughout Red Bricks.

“It is this thread of excellence, evolution, reliability and results that drove us to establish Red Bricks Real Estate and Rentals,” they say.

The motivation to form their own realty company came during the Covid-19 lockdown, so something positive has come out of it with creating opportunity and employment in the marketplace.

The Bains, who own property in Te Awamutu, are sales specialists. They brought in buyers specialist Diana Manutai-Esau from Te Awamutu and Hamiltonian Jamie Armstrong as campaign manager, to form a new team.

In designing the framework behind Red Bricks they were clear about about what was important:

By having shares in Red Bricks, our team is motivated, celebrated and invested in doing the best for the client. Rupert and Stevie Bain

Valuing people; valuing innovation; valuing transparent communication; and valuing the bigger picture.

“All of our Red Bricks team are shareholders, highlighting the importance every individual plays within the company,” they say.

“It is this recognition of the hardwork and constant grind that goes into this vocation that highlights the significant role an experienced agent has in effectively executing client goals.”

Only high-performing, passionate agents are invited to be part of the Red Bricks team.

“By having shares in Red Bricks, our team is motivated, celebrated and invested in doing the best for the client,” they say.

“Having agents as shareholders also offers our high-performing team more onus and pride for the name they work alongside.

“Every individual is purposefully selected and valued as this is a company that is built from the ground up, brick-by-brick.”

The Bains know that when dealing with one of your most important assets, clients want to know that you’re getting a professional service.

“You’re not just investing financially, you’re investing your faith in the ability of the agency representing you.”

Red Bricks is fastidious with the level of service and care that is needed in supporting clients.

They are also deeply invested in giving back to the community and have established the Red Bricks Foundation to bring these sentiments to life.

A percentage from each sale goes into the Red Bricks Foundation, ensuring clients are able to be part of this initiative and give back to the community too.

Red Bricks is experienced in selling, buying, investing, renting and advising.

They are committed to doing the best for clients, which is why they can offer a lower commission structure than competitors and a highly competitive rental management fee.

They also offer a fair conjunctional relationship with any external agency wishing to introduce a buyer to a Red Bricks listed property.

“We are connected to our clients and maintain this beyond signing the dotted line,” say the Bains.
