Motivation to form realty firm came during lockdown
The newest realty player in the region is Red Bricks Real Estate and Rentals — a husband and wife led team of motivated and experienced experts who proudly call the Waikato their home.
Red Bricks’ back-story is one of passionate individuals Rupert and Stevie Bain, inspired by working with others, forming genuine friendships and constantly pushing themselves to do better: to aspire to be more, to offer the best, and to be the best.

The motivation to form their own realty company came during the Covid-19 lockdown, so something positive has come out of it with creating opportunity and employment in the marketplace.
The Bains, who own property in Te Awamutu, are sales specialists. They brought in buyers specialist Diana Manutai-Esau from Te Awamutu and Hamiltonian Jamie Armstrong as campaign manager, to form a new team.
