They have entertained the public at the Daily Cafe´’s Free Pizza nights, the opening of the Te Puke Sports Stadium, Te Puke Christmas in the Park, Tauranga Arts, Gardens and Music festival at the Tauranga Racecourse and a Christmas Concert at Litt Park Theatre.

“This choir is no ordinary choir. It has values: Be kind — Have fun — Sing your heart — Move to the beat.”

There are no auditions for the choir which caters for those between 7 and 17.

“Youth love to sing and this is a wonderful way to build confidence, learn vocal skills and build friendship with like minded children,” says Carol.

“You will hear a bit of reggae, country, rock and pop in this choir,” she says.

The choir members bring new songs to the choir and if the are not offensive they be become part of the repertoire.

“We would love more members to join our choir wha¯nau.”

Anyone interested can contact Carol at carolpowervoicestudio@gmail. com or find the choir on Facebook.
