Buy locally grown produce and locally made products, support local businesses.
Home – so long as it’s not me cooking! If I’m in town I like to eat at Cafe Jerusalem or grab a coffee from the Village Cafe.
Yoga with friends at the Kerikeri Yoga Centre.
Anne Salmond. She is an inspiring advocate for environmental and cultural issues who really ‘walks the talk’. She’s fluent in Te Reo and environmentally proactive.
Henderson Bay. It’s a beautiful and fascinating place.
Focus on employment, education and the environment. There needs to be more support for local business and the self employed. I would encourage sustainable and innovative practises emphasising respectful involvement of local people and sensible use of local resources.
And easy access to relevant learning opportunities for all sectors of the community, from pre-schools to prisons, and with all decisions being made with real and genuine consideration for the environment.
Read, write and make pottery.
