MANGO AND ALMOND SMOOTHIE

1 tablespoon ground LSA 1 teaspoon runny honey (optional)

Tip: if you don’t have frozen bananas, use fresh bananas and a small handful of ice cubes.

Place all ingredient­s in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. To serve, pour into glasses. 1 ripe mango, peeled, flesh roughly chopped

1 cup milk (cow’s, almond, or soy) cup natural yoghurt 1 tablespoon ground almond tablespoon honey cup ice cubes

Combine mango, milk, yoghurt, ground almond, honey and ice cubes in a blender and pulse until smooth. To serve, pour into glasses and top with extra ice cubes.
