1 ta­ble­spoon ground LSA 1 tea­spoon runny honey (op­tional)

Tip: if you don’t have frozen ba­nanas, use fresh ba­nanas and a small hand­ful of ice cubes.

Place all in­gre­di­ents in a blender or food pro­ces­sor and blend un­til smooth. To serve, pour into glasses. 1 ripe mango, peeled, flesh roughly chopped

1 cup milk (cow’s, al­mond, or soy) cup nat­u­ral yo­ghurt 1 ta­ble­spoon ground al­mond ta­ble­spoon honey cup ice cubes

Com­bine mango, milk, yo­ghurt, ground al­mond, honey and ice cubes in a blender and pulse un­til smooth. To serve, pour into glasses and top with ex­tra ice cubes.
