How wrong I was
Thank goodness the Wellington Architectural Centre has put this philistine on track by informing her and other ratepayers that the 1950s Gordon Wilson Flats on The Terrace are of very important architectural value and must be preserved.
I had always thought the flats were just an ugly, corroding, heap of earthquake-risk concrete but clearly I was wrong, and to atone I shall immediately add another nought to my rates bill to ensure only the intellectually superior and those who take the moral high ground, can judge what’s worth
