Jeremy [Taylor] produced an instant apology and offer to send the missing CD over.’’ That parcel arrived on January 17, leaving Sharpe ‘‘very impressed by the shop’s excellent, speedy customer service and willingness to accept that I wasn’t just trying to score a free CD!’’
