The headline-hogging party from the last election is back! But the Internet Party is distancing itself from controversial founder
Kim Dotcom. It says Dotcom tendered his resignation from the executive committee early this year and is not involved in the 2017 campaign committee or operational decision making. It says the party and its events were seriously misrepresented in the New Zealand media in 2014, ‘‘This revisionist history has a use-by date that is set to expire in 2017.’’
