Sri Lanka suffered a narrow twowicket defeat as seamer Faheem Ashraf (3-16) became the first Pakistani to achieve a hat-trick in a Twenty20 international. Pakistan, who whitewashed Sri Lanka 5-0 in the ODI series, took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the threematch T20 series.
