PANDEMIC CENTENARY DANCE

1918 is a response to the Spanish Influenza pandemic which swept across the globe, including Western Samoa. Come along for a dance performance of 1918 at 5.30pm inside the Hall of Memories, Pukeahu National War Memorial. Free, but booking is essential through pukeahu.nz.

PUBLIC SERVICE DAY

Public Service Day is being celebrated today with a picnic event on Parliament Grounds at 12.30pm. The day marks the introduction of the Public Service Act and PSA in 1912-1913 and is being recognised for the first time this year by the Government and State Services Commission.
