Waiting for Sala’s return

The sister of missing footballer Emiliano Sala posted a heartbreaking photo of his dog waiting patiently by the door for him to return. Sala’s sister, Romina, posted the photo of his dog on Facebook along with the caption: ‘Nala is waiting for you too’. It was reported that Sala got Nala soon after joining French club Nantes in 2015 to keep him company. Sala was on board a plane that disappeared over the English Channel last month, as it flew from Nantes to Cardiff, where he was due to start playing in the Premier League for Cardiff City. A body was discovered in the wreckage located on Monday, although authorities have not confirmed whether the body is Sala or pilot David Ibbotson, the only people on board the plane.
