Jack Mitchell-Anyon’s grandfathe­r wrote for the Wanganui Chronicle and his uncle was a press photograph­er, so it’s only proper that he’s fetched up in the old wedge-shaped former Chronicle building. Article stocks vintage clothes, local art and bric-a-brac. Jack’s one of the natives who left town and came back. “There were all these cool, artistic things happening,” he says.
