Fools of Desire (F.O.D) is a locally owned café dedicated to supporting local suppliers and providing good, simple food in a relaxed setting. But their offering goes beyond supporting locality – the team at F.O.D are committed to reducing their footprint on the planet and are walking the talk with this by using free range, Fairtrade, seasonal products and using them in a way that minimises waste while maximising flavour and flair. In addition to their environmentally conscious approach to food, F.O.D have solar panels on their roof and compost all café scraps for their garden.
