Owaka Golf Club

Situated on the banks of the Owaka River in North Catlins, this 9-hole 70-par course has been in existence on its current site for almost 50 years. The club uses volunteers to help with course maintenance. Twilight golf, held on a Wednesday, is popular during summer months, and visitors are welcome year round. The club relies on the honesty of visitors. If you drop in for a round and the course is unattended, you are asked to please place your green fee in the honesty box. Green fees: $10.
