Nelson Fringe Festival 2017 director, Laura Irish said that the workshops would lead to an explosion of creativity.

‘‘If you’re thinking ‘I don’t know if my idea is ready ... I’m afraid to share my ideas with anyone... I think I have a good idea but I’m not totally sure ... I have a half-written script and now I’m stuck ...’ these workshops are for you.’’
