It seems lawyers have an opinion on just about everything — even the Pokemon Go craze. One firm played spoilsport by sending a note to clients suggesting they warn staff about the perils of playing the game on company time, or on company phones. As the note observed, fads come and go, but “messing around on company time, using the employer’s stuff for your own benefit, and taking sickies are issues as old as employment law itself.”
