Tyres slashed

The ongoing feud over parking near Wellington Airport has taken a nasty turn. The tyres of at least 10 cars parked in Kauri St have been punctured or slashed in the past 10 days. Police are encouraging people to keep an eye out for anything suspicious in the area. Freeloaders are said to be clogging Kauri St to avoid paying for parking at nearby Wellington Airport.
