Graduate benefits
The recent proposal to increase the numbers in the Auckland Law School reminded me of an article some years ago.
With the use of regression analysis, it surveyed many countries to see what area of tertiary education was of most benefit to the economy of a country. The interesting part of the result was that the correlation with number of lawyers graduated was negative. John Strevens, Remuera.
