Ogier’s warning

Four-time world champion and current WRC leader Sebastien Ogier has given Ford an ultimatum — come to the party or he will leave the M-Sport team. Ogier joined late in the piece ahead of this year’s championship on a one-year deal. The Frenchman had promised to extend his stay if Ford gives factory backing to M-Sport. “I don’t say that, right now, the conditions are not good but I know on the long term M-Sport alone won’t have the resource to continue fighting against the factory teams,” Ogier said.
