New city questions

The plan just revealed to build a super city near Paerata sounds great but will it be built on good horticultural land, thus wasting the chance to provide Auckland with fresh NZ-grown produce?

And . . . will there be a mix of affordable to purchase, rent to own, assist build and State houses within this area?

And . . . will they be available just to first-home buyers or those that already own a property?
