$2b upgrade

The South Auckland settlement of Drury is to get more than $2 billion of infrastructure and developments. The public and private investment will be committed over the next 10 years. Infrastructure proposed includes a $268 million upgrade of State Highway 1 from Manukau to Papakura, as well as additional upgrades to SH1 and SH2.
