Henderson units with automotive tenants
Four freehold industrial units in one of Henderson’s buzzing commercial precincts are being sold by Harveys commercial and industrial sales specialist Meir Alfassi.
Each of the units at 13 A View Rd are occupied by auto-related businesses. All four are being sold by a set date for sale process, closing at 4pm on May 22.
Alfassi says they have a combined total floor area of about 740sq m, on a site of about 1401sq m, with 10 car parks. The units are numbered 6-9, having previously been part of a larger development, he says.
“Today they’re fully managed rental properties, the current tenants being View Road Panel and Paint, Certified Cars and Speedy Gonzales Car Works.

“Each lease has a minimum term of two years, with two-yearly rental reviews and individual lessees responsible for all outgoings.”
Alfassi says the units are of concrete block with iron roofing: Unit 6 is 161sq m; Unit 7 is 161sq m; Unit 8, 193sq m and Unit 9, 206sq m (all more or less).
The property is well located for business, off the southern side of View Rd, a short distance from its junction with Millbrook Rd.
“The area has a mix of older established developments catering for a range of light manufacturing, showroom, and service activities.”
Alfassi says nearby developments include the Henderson Railway Station, now integrated with the Civic Centre on Henderson Valley Rd.
Also close are Henderson’s new TV/film studios (Smythe Rd) and Waitakere Plaza, providing a mixture of showroom and retail activities a short distance from the property.
Westfield Shopping Centre is also nearby, Alfassi says. “Access to the rest of the city is excellent.
“The Northwestern motorway is only a short drive away providing easy access north, or to the Auckland CBD, and both the Henderson railway station and bus terminus are within.
“These are solid commercial units, in a thriving business area close to Henderson and reasonably handy to the motorway.”
