On rent subsidy

Any landlord whose tenants need the Government’s accommodation supplement should be regarded as a welfare beneficiary. If this allowance was stopped there could be some temporary chaos but ultimately rents and house prices would decrease and more people could afford their own homes. Warwick Grey, Epsom.
