Scribe faces wait
Rapper Scribe’s bid to avoid a conviction over P possession has been delayed after it emerged he faces seven new charges. Malo Ioane Luafutu had his P sentencing at the Christchurch District Court yesterday adjourned after Judge Raoul Neave learned of the new charges.Luafutu, 39, appeared at Waitakere District Court on Friday on what his defence counsel said were charges “of a domestic nature”. He will appear on those charges in Christchurch on July 27. Judge Neave adjourned sentencing on the methamphetamine charge to September 25.
