Concert noise limit

The Eden Park Trust will impose a noise limit on Sir Ray Avery's plan to hold a Waitangi Day charity concert at the park. The concession is a response to submissions on a resource consent application for the concert, which has been criticised by community members including former prime minister Helen Clark.
