The brouhaha in Helsinki has clearly demonstrated that apart from being a physical coward who avoided the Vietnam war on spurious medical grounds, Trump is also a moral coward unable to confront a strong adversary and speak the truth but instead obfuscates with the facts. Allan M Spence, Waiuku.

Personal political views aside, don’t you think the personal meeting between Trump and Putin is potentially beneficial to world peace? Isn’t it better to meet face to face than to hurl abuse at one another from thousands of miles apart ?
