GROUP MANAGER INFORMATION SERVICES, 1.0 FTE

You will be leading a dedicated team across a variety of functions; ICT, Clinical Records, Commercial Support and Clinical Library. The team plays an important role in ensuring the continued smooth running of the systems within our District Health Board and in turn the care we provide to our community. Ideally, you will be an enthusiastic and experienced Manager with experience in Information Communications systems and technologies, and able to demonstrate the following:

• A strong understanding of Information, Communications Technology and related disciplines and processes.

• A structured analytical approach to complex issues, highly developed skills of consultation, communication and influence.

• Highly developed skills of consultation, communication and influence.

• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

• The skill and ability to lead in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.

• The ability to analyse and interpret financial data to drive business decision making.

• The ability to motivate teams and optimise performance.

• Self motiviation and solution-orientation, with initiative and ability to identify work needs.

• Innovation with the ability to think creatively and solve problems.

You will also have a tertiary qualification in
