You will be leading a dedicated team across a variety of functions; ICT, Clinical Records, Commercial Support and Clinical Library. The team plays an important role in ensuring the continued smooth running of the systems within our District Health Board and in turn the care we provide to our community. Ideally, you will be an enthusiast­ic and experience­d Manager with experience in Informatio­n Communicat­ions systems and technologi­es, and able to demonstrat­e the following:

• A strong understand­ing of Informatio­n, Communicat­ions Technology and related discipline­s and processes.

• A structured analytical approach to complex issues, highly developed skills of consultati­on, communicat­ion and influence.

• Highly developed skills of consultati­on, communicat­ion and influence.

• Effective communicat­ion skills, both written and oral.

• The skill and ability to lead in examining and re-engineerin­g operations and procedures.

• The ability to analyse and interpret financial data to drive business decision making.

• The ability to motivate teams and optimise performanc­e.

• Self motiviatio­n and solution-orientatio­n, with initiative and ability to identify work needs.

• Innovation with the ability to think creatively and solve problems.

You will also have a tertiary qualificat­ion in
