Gun ‘brandished’

A strip club patron says a gun was brandished during a wild night in which five people were injured, one arrested, and two sent to hospital. Police are aware of firearm claims but haven’t found any proof a gun was presented or fired at Calendar Girls in central Auckland after the 3.25am incident on Sunday. The witness said, after a brief gap, he heard what sounded like another three bangs. He said some of the dancers were “freaking out big time”.
