WATCH: All the America’s Cup racing action at one of the fanzones. Head to Marsden
Cove Marina, bring a picnic blanket along and watch the sailing on the big screen. The Turner Centre in Kerikeri is inviting all fans to watch the races on a giant screen there. The FNDC has appointed the Turner Centre as an Official America’s Cup FanZone. There will be drinks and snacks available throughout the races.

ART: ArtBeat is on today at Cafler Park Rose Gardens. It is Whanga¯ rei’s biggest free Interactive Arts Festival open to the whole community in Northland as well as visitors from afar. There will be a ton of awesome creative activities for the whole family along with arts and crafts stalls, food stalls, and entertainment all day long.

FAIR: The quality antique fair presented by Antique fairs for charity (proudly supporting Hospice) is on this weekend at Forum North in Whanga¯ rei. All items for sale including furniture, quality china, linen, crystal, art, glass & silver, clocks, books, jewellery (vintage/modern), collectables, vintage and much more.

BEACH TO BASIN: The Chilltech Beach 2 Basin is on tomorrow. There is a choice of two distances, a 6.8km and 10km which both finish in the heart of the Town Basin. The event attracts a diverse range of participants and there are prizes!

KITTEN CUDDLING: Head to the Piggery Bookshop tomorrow from 10am-12pm for a morning of kitten cuddles with special guests from Whangarei Cat Rescue. All you need is a gold coin donation for a cuddle!
