Along with everything else the company produces from its Otaki premises, the breads are totally natural with no preservatives, additives or artificial ingredients. You could pretend you crafted these beauties yourself because they need 10-12 minutes in the oven to be ready to serve so they are steaming hot, crunchy and bubbling when you start handing them around. The kitchen smells devine as they cook and they certainly taste as good as they smell. Available from a supermarkets and specialty stores like Moore Wilson’s, they are a great deal at $6.89 for the ciabatta and $7.15 for the focaccia. GUILT-FREE FIX: There’s a new bean in town and you can feel good about taking it home. Matt Wilson, from Petone’s Seashore Cabaret, says his business takes pride in looking after the people involved is delivering GoodFortune Coffee to customers. ‘‘The many hands involved in selecting our finest beans also farm organically, these fair trade organic beans begin their journey in all corners of the world ready to be shipped to the people at Good Fortune eagerly awaiting their arrival.
