Fruit Bat is an IPA with the addition of passionfruit juice to create a zesty, tart summertime drink. Made with Cascade and Motueka hops and then double dry hopped with Amarillo, Brooklyn and Simcoe, it comes in strong with citrus and pine notes even before the passionfruit takes it off in a new direction. Mac’s Kurt Gross says it is a beer that will suit any occasion as the weather warms up.
