ONE OF the hottest stores in the Hell pizza franchise is for sale in Strathmore Park. Hell Strathmore, at 508 Broadway, is one of 70 stores in a nationwide group that’s posted record profits for three years running, Tony Shalders, of ABC Business Sales, says.

‘‘This store is one of the best performing, with strong weekly turnover for the year to date.

Shalders says the store’s annual revenue has leapt 34 per cent since 2015 and has consistently produced an exceptional cash surplus.

‘‘There’s seating for eight in the customer area, a large kitchen space with two pizza ovens, separate storeroom and office, and access out the back for delivery drivers and receiving stock.’’

Shalders says Hell Strathmore is being fully managed with the franchisee having taken a head office role as central regional manager.

‘‘Over the past five years he has built a stable and strong foundation for his successor to capitalise on.

‘‘With a return to full owner-operator involvement in this business, a new owner could expect to increase sales revenue and productivity and reduce costs.

‘‘This is a stellar opportunity to grab a slice of a highperforming Wellington store that has been delivering the goods for many years.’’

The business has an asking price of $530,000.
