The property, at 12 Arawa Rd, had a rateable value of $725,000 and sold for $910,000.
Built in the 1920s, the 160sqm dwelling was on a 397sqm section in an ideal location for families, says Steve Fejos, of Harcourts, who marketed it with Sarah Jamieson.

The property, at 2 Karoro Pl, had a rateable value of $455,000 and sold for $705,000.
Built in the 1960s on a 673sqm section with a double-garage, it offered potential to add value in a super cul-de-sac location with both water and urban views, says Micky Limmer, of Harcourts, who marketed it with Marty Ritchie.

The mortgagee sale, at 2 Kiwi Rd, had a rateable value of $64,000 and sold for $96,000. Marie Frost, of Harcourts, says the 104sqm three-bedroom house was built in 1910 on a 1253sqm section with trees and a single garage.
