Stunning Sanctum penthouse
TENDERS close on February 13 for a stunning penthouse in a unique inner-city apartment development with landscaped gardens and its own tennis court, heated swimming pool and gymnasium.
The three-bedroom residence, at A81/10 Ebor St, faces west for year-round late sun and overlooks the spectacular grounds that make Sanctum such a desirable lifestyle option in the heart of the cosmopolitan Te Aro district.
