Honours for Kiwi pair

New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson has been named in the ICCmen’s test team of the decade, while White Ferns supremo Suzie Bates was listed in the ODI and Twenty20 women’s lineups.

Williamson has been named in an impressive lineup that includes DavidWarner, Virat Kohli, Steve Smith, Alastair Cook and Kumar Sangakkara.

New Zealand fast bowler Trent Boult was listed in the ODI side of the decade, but was unable to force his way into the test team.

Bates’ long-time team-mate Sophie Devine was also included in the Twenty20 side.

Bates, Devine andWilliamson have been shortlisted for player of the decade awards which are announced tomorrow.
