Butt tossing costly

Chucking a cigarette out a car window has landed almost 15,000 Victorians with fines up to A$600 (NZ$627). During the 2015/16 financial year the Environment Protection Authority Victoria handed out more than $6.5 million in fines, mostly related to cigarettes.
