Crash victim named

The man killed in a collision between a car and milk tanker near Glenavy was Robert James Meldrum, known as James. The 20-year-old Christchurch man was killed in the crash on the Waimate Highway on February 17. Confirming the name yesterday, police said an investigation i was ongoing.
