Development facts
❚ Stage one of the project is a cluster of buildings between two and five storeys high facing Oxford Tce and Hereford St, with claddings ranging from timber and black aluminium to rust-coated steel.
❚ Stage two is a seven-storey glass-fronted office building on the corner of Oxford Tce and Cashel St, which will house office tenants, including Westpac bank and accountancy firm KPMG.
❚ A large car-parking building being designed now will be built on Hereford St next year.
❚ The development has been built around four laneways with balconies and air bridges at upper levels. Eventually it will connect to the neighbouring BNZ Centre.
❚ Green features include an aquifer heat extraction system and in-house waste recycling and compacting.
