City bus journeys just need to be better

I just finished a stint of using buses recently and I’m grateful to be using my car again. The cost of travelling was expensive on buses – your transfer never got a chance to be used after a hell of a ticky tour to get to your destination.

The drivers are erratic and at some points I was holding my seat. They are rattly, noisy and unkempt, and numerous times buses sailed past even when flagged down. The metro app be beneficial if it worked properly to try and top up. How about enticing people to use buses more with free wi-fi and eftpos options for top ups?
