Prime ewe values have continued their golden run with prices reaching as high as $246 at livestock sales at Canterbury Agricultural Park, in Christchurch this week.
Prime Lambs
Values: Heavy lambs eased in value by $5 per head while all other weights remained on a par with the previous weeks sale.
Heavy lambs $155 to $160, good
$140 to $150, medium $130 to $137 and lighter $115 to $125.

Values: A large yarding of ewes this week saw a rise in price for the heavier types, all other classes remained unchanged.
