Hot air over gas

Regarding $100 million promised by the Labour Government for the Christchurch transport network, might I suggest a new working group to consider alternative transport modes such as air balloons? After all, there appears to be plenty of hot air from the Government which can be used to replace the cancelled gas exploration industry. Warren Taylor Merivale
