CHRISTCHURCH STOCK SALES

The lamb markets ranged from steady to easing at livestock sales at Canterbury Agricultural Park, in Christchurch, this week.

Prime lamb prices were unchanged from last week and the store lamb market eased as did prime ewe prices, peaking at $170.

Prime lambs

Values: Prices were on par with last week. The best lambs made

$145 to $150 with the odd sale to

$161, medium $130 to $142, light $115 to $127.
