Installation of a seismic gap between CSB and the LGF plant room of Riverside
Crack repairs to terrazzo fac¸ade panels
Crack injections to concrete walls and floors in the basement area Repairs not completed: 3 rd floor plant room floor extension and roof connection upgrades above Nuclear Medicine, along with removal of the last of the heavy ceiling tiles
