Perhaps Lee Pee Ltd – with all its parochial ties to Christchurch – could consider spending the thousands of dollars it must have taken for a full page ad instead on a portion of the honourable restoration job they could be doing on Harley Chambers. In other words, take a leaf out of the successful Cafe Roma (and Mill Brothers Ltd) restoration stories and actually save a decent amount of heritage for a change, instead of making a page-long excuse not to.
