Last days to send parcels

Anyone hoping to have Christmas presents delivered to friends and family in Africa and South Americamust have posted them before the end of today, NZ Postwarns. The first of NZ Post’s Christmas delivery deadlines kick in today. Anyone who misses the postal deadline may use NZ Post’s courier or express courier services but for a higher price. For NZ Post’s most cost-efficient service, the deadline for posting to Australia is Monday. Parcels heading to the South Pacific, Asia, North America, the UK and Europe must be posted by Friday. The cut-off dates have been brought forward to accommodate expected delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
