pencer lock endo a malbec. It’s a cracker winter red that’s chock full of spice, cocoa, rich berry, and currant flavours.

The wine varietal I always choose is…

Chardonnay. e oke that the 0s never went out of style because so many of our customers love chardonnay. I think there’ s a style to suit everyone it’s us ta matter of knowing where to look and how much to pay .

Apart from NZ, I love the wines of…

Italy. I’ve made wine in , ustralia and California, and while in ondon I represente­d ines from pain as well as several of the most famous rench wine regions, so I feel pretty well versed on what these places have to offer. It wasn’t until our wine buyer, icky, oi ned us that I became schooled on the delights of Italian wine. It’s been a real eye opener to discover how ama ing modern Italian wine can be.

The one drink I detest is…

Coffee. orry, I know I’m in the minority here, but I ust can’t do it. un fact: a person’s coffee order tells you a lot about their taste preference. I’m sure if I tried, I could find a coffee I like, but on the upside, it’s one less vice for me to kick.
