Burglary

Daniel Francis Woods was remanded to July 25 for sentence for burglary, receiving stolen property, sustained loss of traction, resisting police, assaulting police, and breaching release conditions.

Drugs

Jaih Sneddon was sentenced to six months’ home detention for possessing cannabis for supply, possessing ecstasy for supply, and possessing an offensive weapon.

Richard John Treweek was remanded to July 27 for sentence for importing cannabis seeds and possessing cannabis in January and May.

Assault

Phillip Glen Cousins was ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within six months for assault in November.

Phillip John Hasler, 35, was remanded to July 25 for sentence for assault and breaching supervisio­n in May.

Liara Jayde Bishop, 22, was remanded to July 27 for sentence for assault on June 27 at Dacre.

Andre Richard Harvey, 22, was sentenced to nine months’ supervisio­n and ordered to pay $150 reparation for assaulting a female, wilful damage, and assault on April 29.

Saidu Edward Cawlins, 36, was remanded to July 20 for assaulting a female on June 5.

Assault with intent to injure

Gary James Paddon, 24, was sen —tenced to 21 months’ jail for assault with intent to injure, wilful damage, and kidnapping in December.

Benjamin Renata Mclean was sentenced to a year and two months’ jail for assault with intent to injure and breaching a protection order.

Resisting police

Ora Lee Tautari was remanded to July 25 for sentence for obstructin­g and resisting police in May.

Kauri Vance Te Tomo was remanded to July 27 for sentence for resisting police, refusing to accompany police, refusing a blood test, refusing an impairment test, possessing a firearm without a licence, and driving while forbidden on May 15.

Driving

Paige Te Puea Matika, 19, was fined $250 and disqualifi­ed from driving for three months for driving with a breath alcohol level of 237mcg and driving while forbidden on May 26.

Courtney Joyce Goomes, 20, was sentenced to 40 hours’ community work and disqualifi­ed for eight months for driving while disqualifi­ed on May 29 and breaching community work.

Brennan Alexander Sutherland, 22, was disqualifi­ed for six months and fined $250 for driving while suspended on June 7.

Jacob James Wilmhurst, 19, was fined $500 and disqualifi­ed for six months for driving while suspended and obstructin­g police on June 27.

Jasmine Rani Pandey, 23, was fined $500 and disqualifi­ed for seven months for driving while suspended on June 15.

Drink-driving

Henry Potter, 18, was sentenced to six months’ supervisio­n and disqualifi­ed for nine months for driving with a breath alcohol level of 856mcg on June 25.

Darren John Maheno, 1021mcg on June 18. Remanded to August 1 for sentence.
