Woman remanded on bail

A 42-year-old Southland who pled guilty to three charges of doing an indecent act with a child was remanded on bail for sentencing on October 4 when she appeared in the Gore District Court yesterday. Judge Bernadette Farnan warned the woman that she was now subject to the Three Strikes law and ordered a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
