Peters visits Invercargill to meet with leaders

Acting Prime Minister Winston Peters will visit Invercargill on July 18 to meet community and business leaders. He will also attend a dinner hosted by Venture Southland. Venture Southland chief executive Paul Casson, in a statement said, the dinner would showcase Southland and highlight initiatives being carried out to grow the region. The dinner would be an opportunity for the community to hear firsthand what the Government sees as priorities for the Southland region, he said. The dinner will be held at Ascot Park Hotel.
